Also, when you receive a resume with a Verify2Hire seal you can view the candidate's information using their unique verification number. The complete Verify2Hire record is available for viewing and you can contact previous employers or references for further information. Candidates can be contacted directly to request an interview.

This will automatically discard those candidates who are not qualified or not serious about obtaining a job.
